I believe in the natural healing process of the body. Dis-ease usually takes a long time
to develop, and therefore takes time to heal. Our bodies are remarkable in the billions of
activities that take place every second to help us maintain health. Things we can take control of
to help gain back and maintain health include having a healthy diet, exercising regularly,
doing daily relaxation techniques, resolving emotional baggage, building a health support team
you trust, learning to love yourself and forgiving those around you who may have created pain
in your life.
